At Scented Aromas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If your selection isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and original-packaged products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
